RealFast was designed to support intermittent fasting. Recommendations are based on an 8/16 intermittent fasting split.

Start with 2 capsules of RealFast (2-4 hours before your first meal). If you drink tea or coffee to power through your fasting window, we suggest you temporarily switch to herbal or decaf until you adjust, as both products in the Kit deliver a green tea leaf extract with caffeine.

With the help of RealFast, challenge yourself to stretch your fast a little longer. When you’re ready to eat, take 1 capsule of BerberTrim with your meal.

For the rest of your eating window, take 1-2 additional capsules of BerberTrim with later snacks or meals.

Aim for a total of 3 capsules of BerberTrim across your eating window to achieve optimal metabolic performance.*

Sample Schedule:
10 am 2 capsules of RealFast
12 pm 1 capsule BerberTrim with first meal (or extend your fast)
3 pm 1 capsule BerberTrim with snack (optional)^
7 pm 1 capsule BerberTrim with meal

^if you choose not to have a 3 pm snack, you could take 2 with either your first meal or your last meal—depending on your reaction to caffeine.
