SHIPPING

 

Free Shipping:

Orders at least $75.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping! Source Naturals does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.

 

Economy and Standard Shipping:


Economy and standard shipping rates vary and will apply for orders less than $75.00. Most orders will take 4-8 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific/3:00 PM Eastern Time will be considered placed the next business day.


At Source Naturals, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from www.shopsourcenaturals.com and not from other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.

New, unopened items that were purchased through www.shopsourcenaturals.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done. To complete your return, we require a receipt and also a photo of the faulty product. Please reach out to us with these documents via our Contact Us form for next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

If 30 days has gone by without seeing your refund posted:

  1. Check your bank account again to verify.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
